gear ratio's

I just bought a 1988 mustang gt 5.0 andI was just wondering , How could I find out if the car has upgraded gear ratio's such as 3.55 , 3.73 , 4.10.... Thank

Jack up the rear end, mark the DS and tire and count the driveshaft vs tire rotation. That's your gear ratio.
