Default easiest way to unhook the throttle cable from pedal?

Whats the easiest way to unhook the throttle cable from the pedal? Its kinda up in there and i really cant see it too good. Do i just pull out and push up?

if you need some play in it to pull it out you can go under the hood and pop the cable off the t/b you simply press it down. but yea i believe you do just push up on the cable and it should come out of the slot at the top

this is a pain in the ****. Should i pull the cable out..... then up? Or just up? i cant see crap and i can only get 1 hand up in there. Maybe i should try laying upside down or something!

I think there is a plastic clip that pops in to the pedel? Just pop it out and slid it up... If you are to big to see whats going on just pull the seat lay down and see what you can do that way... Let us know how it went

Look at the pic I put below... to get the cable off the pedal bar, it just needs pushed straight up. But to get the cable out through the firewall, the two flat tabs where the red arrows are need to be pried away from the wall to let the round retainer slide off the cable shaft. Hope this helps.
