When I took mine off the other day (and it's probably the first time it's ever been off), where you have the pcv labeled going, mine was actually the one that goes to the vacuum tree. The two little ones was for the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line and that other smaller line that comes from the passenger side area. My pcv line actually went on the end there where you have "to vacuum connector."
