Default HELP! 3-2 port Conversion problems

I have an 89 gt auto and I am running 5 lug with rear discs using all SN-95 Suspension. I just did the 3-2 Port Conversion and adjusted the push rod following the directions given to me by maximum motorsports. I then bled each caliper starting from teh furthest to the clostest from the master cylinder.

My problem is that I DO NOT have enough brakes! The brakes will not even hold the car when i power brake it lightly. I took the amster cylinder back off and measured the distance that the pushrod needs to be adjusted and it was correct.

I am running the stock brake booster if that helps any.

I need this car running soon and any help would be appreciated. thanks
