Default drag radial tire pressure

so im goin to the track and gotta set of nittos for 50 bucks the other day ... its a 94 with 290 wheel and 373's. the nittos are 245 50 16 and im wondering what tire pressure i should run? also i know i should prolly just play around, but anyone have any advise on where i should launch at?

any help would be greatly appreciated!!! thanks

wat kind of nittos u runnin tha 555 r's or tha 450s!
n i launch mine car at 5 grand but i hav mickeys et streets n u cant jus pop tha cluth either u gotta eaz it out but still fast takes practice n bein that u hav such a small tire width i would try it from idle first jus 2 see wat it does

If they are the drag radial nittos i would start at 15 and go from there. If not the drag radials go with 21 ish

thanks for the help buddy, they are555 r's... they hook pretty well on the street from 1500 slippin the clutch...def still have a lot to learn to launch this car but im sure it jus takes some practice and some playin around alil bit

start at 15-19 psi and adjust if necessary.....[8D]

yeah i like 18-ish on my mickey radials

heat them up really good and try launching at 3000-3500 , if you spin real bad either drop pressure or heat them up more.

don't be satisfied til you get 60 foots of 1.8 or better
