Brake Caliper Painting
Is it hard to remove the brake caliper to paint it??? and how do you remove it? Anyone have photos of a red caliper on a black mustang.
Figured it would look cool behind my cobra r's

RE: Brake Caliper Painting
Should be fairly easy. If the brakes are actualy 95 GT than 2 bolts hold the caliper on. They are eitehr torx bit or a reg 6pt bolt....don't remember which or the size of them. Do you want to paint the caliuper mount also? the Mount is held on by 2 bolts as well. Duplicolor also makes a brake painting kit that you dont have to remove the caliper. Most auto stores have it I believe.

Also If you do remove the calpier than make sure you don't let it hang from the hose. Get something to hold it as you can damage the brake hose by letting it hang. Also I ment a brush on paint that duplicolor makes.
