I am thinkin of just pulling out my motor tommorrw due to how bare I have it and will be easier to put in the New cam. My question is for the oil pump should I go stock with it or a Hi Flow oil pump? I dont think i need a high presure one for my application.
The motor has about 125000 miles on it, I am going to be putting in a E cam, New timing chain, GT40X heads(lightly ported on the exhaust side), New stock waterpump,BBK race series intake and am thinkin of ordering a new harmonic balancer as the old SS ford racing one is rusted prety good to the point I dont see any timing marks(I am gonna try to clean off the rust tommorrow to se if i can find any markings in it.

standard unit will be more than enough for your application.

i wouldnt upgrade the pump without upgrading the pan.stock pan stock pump
