Default turbo 347 down for at least a month ign problems

started the car up to let it idle and get a lil warm before heading off to the track friday night and all of a sudden just dies, check everything out, fuel pressure is good, rotor spinning fine, plugs look great, have no spark though, put the car back up in the garage

saturday morning pull the big *** HVC II coil and my MSD Digital 6 Plus off run it up to performance shop they have a MSD test station. Coil checks out fine was fun throwing a 3' spark, haha, anyway hooked theDigital 6 up three different ways, but still no spark, red light comes on and flashes like it should under 3300rpm but nospark

anyway sent it off to MSD on monday, hope i get it back in the 10days that they say it will take, got a lot of track season left

the box has been installed since end of Jan doesnt even have 15hrs run time on it

I had a MSD box when I first got it, my car died on the highway in rush hour traffic, center lane.

MSD said the amp was bad . Complete garbage !

They have a new digitalized system now that fully programmable, but ??????[&:]

no reason in running the stock ignition for my car but only to move it if i couldnt push it, will not run it while driving down street either, spent too much time and money on this car no reason to mess it up, i have a crane Hi-6 that i used to use but the damn thing always got too hot, like hot enough that you couldnt touch it, it cut out a lot, they had problems with them as well,

will wait and see what msd has to say, buddies of mine have had the same MSD boxes in their cars for ~25yrs had to return them twice in that period of time, i guess i will buy another ign for a back up to this one just in case
