im about to buy some subframes, rear seat delete, battery relocate kit, and a aluminum driveshaft and i wanted to know is there a particular set of subrames that are better than another? or are subframes pretty much subframes? second question is does anyone know where to buy a good/reasonably priced rear seat delete kit?

To be perfectly honest with you. Sub frame conectors that you buy even the weld in conectors really dont help at all.. If you want to stiffen it up you should save up and have like a chasis shop weld some 2x3 box tubing in where the subframes would go. like welded from top and bottom. A setup like this is really the only thing that works..http://images.google.com/imgres?imgu...3Doff%26sa%3DN

I have the Maximum Motorsports full length subframe connectors on both of my Mustangs. Regardless of what anyone else says it was a night and day difference in the way my cars feel. They are the best ones I have found.

Yeah you will notice a difference when you put a nice set of sub frames on but, eventually they really arent doing much. It all depends on how far u wanna go.

now that's a load of bullsnot!! on subframes not doing much, boat load of misinfo there!!!.since the mustang is a unibody the frame rails don't run the full length of the floor pans and the subframes tie the front rails in with the rears, done right and welded in they are quite effective along with boxed and fully welded torque boxes, subframes are only useless to those who don't comprehend what they do and whose car doesn't have enough HP to benifit from the use of them
