is there a way to take off the harmonic balancer without the puller or impact wrench?

i changed mine without an impact because the one we had at home was the big one my dad had the smaller at work so it wouldnt fit without pullin the radiator..and i wasnt gonna do that so i just used a bar yea...now be prepared..im not sayin this to be dumb but im not weak..and that thing was tight lol...plus you gotta keep the balancer from turning while your breakin it loose..i found a pipe wrench on the balancer holding it from turning backwards..and then pullin on the bar i was able to break it loose.

I used a puller and a gear wrench so I didn't have to remove my e-fan or radiator.

Your balancer looks just like the one I removed from my Son's truck tonight. Time to replace it, your rubber insulator is coming out and it's going to fall apart.

That's the one I removed from the car. Replaced it already.
