yeah shes still got the drums. i was debating on gettin a disc conversion but that was if i was gonna get new rims but it decided to keep the ponys for a while, so i thought i would just beef up the drums.

I'm going to convert to 4 wheel disk next fall. I need to recover, financially, from the recent upgrades. Until then, I opted for that brake upgrade kit. It really does make a difference in the braking. Pedal is firm and stops are shorter. Will definitely get me by until I convert.

In section 5 and 6 they are talking about using Tbird parts or caddy parts. All of this is above my level of experience, and I can't say it's completly accurate. Anyone have enough technical knowledge to give imput? How would you get the Tbird parts to work with the stock Mustang axles? The caddy stuff in #6 looks good, right until the part at the end where they say you have to actually USE the e-brake! The e-brake is useless where I live (all flat), and I haven't touched the thing in years. Except the handle makes a great drink holder. You have to pin a soda can between the seat and the e-brake handle, because some moronic oversight by Ford engineers, who apparently never had a drink in a car before.

Ahh, yes. I have read that numerous times. Time is money for me, so I'm going to purchase the Ford Racing disk conversion. I'm sure some people here would prefer to build it from scratch to save some $$, but in reality, you'll probably spend near the same $$. At this point in my life, I'm into easy, so if I can get it all in one kit, I'm in!
