If i'm upgrading my suspension, and I have only the money to do it in stages, which parts should i upgrade first?

Also, whats the process to change a mustang to make the car gear driven instead of belt or chain driven? Any performance benefits?

sub frame connectors, gears, tires, springs n shocks/struts, u/l control arms.

bout that order

as for your timing question, gear driven timing is more accurate, is noisy though and lss desireable. but then you ensure you done jump a tooth or break a belt. but for 99% of the people on hear, just get a double roller chain and you will be prefectly fine.
