i don't think its normal, the shifter might be tweaked a bit, i test drove one a month agoand it shifted just fine. i wasn't kind to it during the test drive either much to the dismay of the salesman who rode along with me.</P>

this is a know **** with those trans , tremmec has a fix, drain it and put regular atf in there , ford puts syn, and fill it exactually 3.2-3.5 qt. ford over fills them . there is alot of people complaining about this , its a know issue for a while . the dealer will bs you cuz they dont want to do it under warrenty . people are trying to get togather to make ford fix this , i swear i dont know of anyone that saids there car does not do that that have the trans , do a search on stang net<edited><editID>n2o44</editID><editDate>37923.9329976852</editDate></edited>
