I am unsure as to what kind of cai i have. I think its mac but unsure, I am going to buy just a new filter and does it matter what brand i get. this is my cai

You can either get K&N Filter cleaner, runs less than 20 bucks and you can keep your current filter for quite a while if you keep cleaning and maintaining it. If you don't want to go that route, get any filter that will fit your current system. Mine is exactly like yours, but I know mine is mac, BBK also has an exact looking cold air kit and has a replacement filter also. On summit the part number is BBK-1741, at least that matches mine so perhaps it matches yours!

i went to my local speed shop and bought a plain k&n that had the same specs as the bbk i used to have. I didnt feel like waiting for it to come in the mail and i didnt mind it not saying bbk on the filter it self. So you can just take it off and measure it and look up the spec on the website and then just find a dealer for k&n and tell them the part number or maybe they can help you match it up also.
