Default i want to narrow it down

my car is acting a little funny any possibilities there is a slight lag when i try to get on it...but not like slam just a little acceleration like from gear 1 to 2 and to other gears after i shift and hit the gas i feel like it doesnt pull like it should i also have a fairly new clutch ....please help me piy
