Default trans

If somone could help me I just put a tremec and a new clutch in my car. I took out a 4 cly trans out ,my car is suposed to have 373s in it now the problem is the car does not pull no where near as hard as it did with the clutch sylping can anyone tell me why? (sorry for the spelling).

you most likely were mistaking the slipping feel for power

the clutch was smoked. the rear main had ben leaking and it was all over the old clutch. is there a gear difference between the 4 cly trans and the tremec?
