Default question about vacuum connection on firewall?

ok so i removed the egr stuff and all emissions equipment. im in the process of hiding all the wires behind the fenders. one question there is a small lil vacumm tree on the right side of the firewel by the egr, not the main vacuum tree by the booster. its small and has about 2 or 3 lines going to it. one line goes to plastic box inside the passenger side fender and another goes to the main vacuum tree. can i remove this?
