yeah...he should pay up. he was dumb enough to do what he did on wet streets, so he should man up and pay up.

I don't know what insurance you guys use, but I've been in two accidents, neither were my fault...my insurance didn't go up at all. My second one I had to swerve to avoid hitting a guy who cut me off on the highway and hit some one else. and my rate stayed dead even. Granted this wasn't in the stang, but still.

lol, when I got hit in my first accedent I had all the right of way in the world (no stop sign) going threw an intersection and some chick pulled out (from a stop sign) and hit me...the cop ended up giving me a ticket for "Improper passing on the left" because the truck infront of me had turned...be glad you don't have to deal with that idiot...he might have given you a ticket for "Parking in the way of a hydroplaning car." lol.

He sounds like an idiot......wet pavement....easy tire spin.........automatic and revs then drops in gear...........stupid anyway you look at it....

wait what was he driving anyway?????
