Default stock 85 intake rpm range

mornin guys i have a question regarding the factory aluminum 4 brl intake that came on the 85 302 mustang, does anybody know the rpm range for this intake? i have 2 of them and the ports seem awful narrow, a friend of mine is interested in buying the eddy performer, but if i can save him a couple bucks by unloading one of these that be great. but if this intake is only good for 4 grand then ill just tell him to buy the eddy. thanx for any and all replys dave
