Default questions about radiator

My 1992 mustang gt has no coolant reservoir tank. The only place to put coolant in the car is in the radiator. Is it necessary to get the coolant reservoir tank for when the weather gets hotter?

You should have a overflow. You might be able to find one at a local junk yard.
