I have an 89 GT and when I put my driving lights on, my headlights do the same after approx a minute or a little less. Not to sure whats causing it. I replaced the switch too. Im starting to think it has something to do a an abnormal draw on power but my meter on the dash looks ok. Cant figure it out either.

check the grounds to the headlight, relay and the relay itself.

Start pounding on your steering column, dash and wiggle the harnesses, you'll get an answer
