no, you will need to get it balanced and machined, and a new 28 in/oz harmonic balancer and flywheel.

I know someone at the track that runs 12.5 for a quarter mile time and he has a 347 stroker, and with a 150 shot of nitrous he runs in the 11's.

but before you do the engine, why not get the suspension and chasis bracing done first.
I kinda wish I did.
my next mustang the engine is the last thing I touch.
suspension mods make you have better traction and better times.
look at roundman, his times are 13.5 with a stock motor. and only suspension work and slicks.
