96+ 5 lug parts

Does anybody have some experience installing 96+ spindles and rear axle housing on a Fox Body (89). I know that the parts have a wider track width. I will be putting '96 Cobra wheels on it. I want to know if someone has done it, and if they have did the tires rub on the fenders. Thanks!!

I have done just that. 94 axels and 96 cobra rims. Mine do not rub but the wheel wells on yours is just a bit smaller so as far as rubbing thats hard to say. I have 245/45/17 on front and 275/40/17 in the rear and they fit fine but the right rear did rub when I had it lowered. Here is a pic of the rims on it.
