"Cold Air" Intake vs Power Pipe
Okay for my engine build i was thinking what kind of intake system i should use, i just was set on a regular straight shot style MAC or BBK system (becuase apparently JLT doesn't make thier intakes for 5.0 cars any more) I just stumbled across AFM "Power Pipes." Just curious if any one has any experience with these.
It seems better 4 inch pipe to wrap around hte Mass Air meter to the Throttle body seems like it would have no issue feed the motor air especially at higher RPMS.
Any opinions?

AFM makes them for N/A foxes, and dynos are showing a good amount of gain from them over typical CAIs.
If i were to mount it in my Fenderwell would i see any issue of driving in wet weather? taking it easy of course, just don't want to damage the MA meter which will be in the well with the air filter.
