well set up 302 HCI, susepsnion+gears+tires and maybe a hit of nitrous and your're there.
5-6k for hci, probably a rebuild since it high miles, and supporting mods.
2.5k for suspension, gears, tires
if nitrous is needed tack on another 1k for kit + goodies
