Default Thinking of buying 5.0

I currently own a 4.6 Mustang and have come across a 1993 GT that I am interested in. I love my 4.6 but I have always loved the 1988 to 1993 stangs. Here is a list of what the guy has done, would anyone be able to estimate what kind of power it would put down and quater mile time. He says it ran 8.30's in the 1/8 mile which would be around 13's in the quater, correct? Or am I wrong. The car is very clean. He is asking 9500.00

93 mustang gt built 302.... .30 over ....E 303 cam....1.6 ROLLER ROCKERS .....forged bottom end... long tube headers...msd......355 gears......short throw ripper shifter.....king cobra clutch......aluminum drive shaft.....bigger mass air......bigger throttle body......Edelbrock aluminum performance heads.....gt 40 upper and lower polished intakes.....130 amp alternator conversion......tubular k members........upper and lower control arms........sub frame connectors.....turn downs....all black interior....racing harmonic balancer....under drive pulleys...bigger fuel pump .....adjustable fuel pressure regulator......msd plug wires......aluminum radiator.....coil overs..aluminum casting plates.....adjustable shocks.....5 lug conversion.....new style bullet wheels....fresh paint....car still has very cold a/c.....power windows ......power trunk.....power locks....sun roof.....usb clarion cd player.

Thanks and I look forward to possibly joining the 5.0 club.

9500 is too much...unless the car is 100% mint...I don't get why people expect to get a good chunk of the work they put into a car out of it when they sell it.

Like mudvayne said...that's like half the price of a Terminator which I would much rather have.

Also it's kinda sketchy that he just says "bigger" for everything and not the actual size of it...Also that he has aluminum heads but a gt-40 intake? He did all that work to the car but couldn't spring another 500 for a good U/L?

Something's not adding up.

if you know a lot about mustangs go and look at it...check underneath, original mileage, look for frame damage see if its wrecked. if it has low miles and is extremely mint i would pay 8500 - 9 for it. just depends. check out the "fresh paint"..see if it even has a clear coat
