well guys the worse happened, the tranny started 2 slip tonite, im pissed it wus just rebuilt like 4 maybe 5 thousand miles ago, i dont have the money 4 this, so im assuming that this big plan wont happen this winter anymore

I would go with the 331 stroker instead....still concerned about that oiling issue...check out the issue 5.0/4.6 tech guide issue for 2005 and read the 331 ways to waste a LS1 article....you may change your mind...this is what I will be doing for my 89 GT buildup...331 is almost 40 hp better at 6000 rpm than a 347....again depends on your application if you are going to race the car or not...if you want lower torque than you can go with the 347 but in my opinion the 331 package is still better...good luck in your decision

nothing a chip will work for his car since it will be at WOT all the time so the dyno shop can tune for that a dyno shop just cant tune for DD or Street cars to many factors that need to be adjusted
