Quick Question
Ok, due to the crappy weather today, and a bit of a stomach bug I caught, I didn't get a chance to retard the timing on my car, and I have to be to work for six am, will driving my car the short 10 mile drive to and from work cause damage to either the engine or the kenne bell with the timing being 5* too high and it backfiring. I probably won't be able to retard the timing at work as my tool box, timing gun, and all my tools is locked up in the damn shed, and only my grandfather has the keys, they get up early, but not 5 AM early. Just wanted/need to know.

Well, I won't have the 00 back till around 7 AM, so if worse comes to worse I'll call in late, but I really don't want to have to do that, Monday morning is not the day as it's usually the day the crap hits the fan, and people get thrown under the bus lol.
So I really need to know rather or not it will be OK. My dad said yea, but I'm a little......well......lets just say he's been dead wrong before about things concerning a car, he's also been right on a few things too, although he's never delt with an S/Ced car.
