Default off road H pipe question

Sorry for the double post, but I realized I posted it in the wrong section the first time

I'm installing headers and an off road H pipe on my 87 GT. The H pipe has holes for the O2 sensors. My question is will I have a problem with the O2 sensor reading being off since I won't have catalytic converters? Will it cause a air/fuel ratio problem? Will it turn on my engine light? If so what do I need to do to make it right?
Thanks
Frank

Great thing about the fox body over the newer cars. Modding it won't cause dumb problems like that
