well it was me id just leave it and fix it if it ever does leak.my car has a bolt broke off in it from a previous owner and its never leaked on me.just got some silicon built up around it.

ya thats exaclty what i did, like i took a flash light and did a little sweep to see if there was any holes and it was all flush but when the bolt brok off i put silicon on both sides of the gasket were the bolt is missing. then i took extra silicoon and put it in the area were the bolt is missing, and then when the rest of the pan was on and bolted down i put some along the sides to make sure they wasnt any leaks, but i was haveing second thoughts about it this morning. but in my opinon they way the silicon looks around it doesnt look like its gonna leak, but just wanted a third party opinion

Here's what I'd try to do.
CAREFULLY center punch the broken bolt. Then get a left handed drill bit (1/8-3/32 inch) and a drill in reverse and carefully start drilling.
The broken bolt will come right out.
