Default Spark Plug Recomendation

Im wondering what plugs i should run in my heads are gt-40 irons milled .040 and idk what type of plug or part number they use i cant remeber what the e-7's take either anyone with answers

Hey Mike havin any luck with that TRANSMISSON MOUNT puhhhh 4.6 what the hell is a 4.6 this is 5.0 the real deal lol j/k
