Default Need help with heads and cam.

Will this fit my car?
Windsor Senior Iron Heads 2.02 Intake 1.60 Exhaust Valves, Dual Bolt Header pattern

My Car:
1989 mustang lx 5.0
3.73 gears
bbk throttle body
functional ram air
9mm wires

also if i put these heads in what kind of intake upgrade would i need to compliment it and what cam to go with them both?

i was thinking Edelbrock
Performer RPM II and a e303.
Any ideas-suggestions-criticisms.

Default ok

So I loose the E cam, what would you recommend I get a f cam or maybe a custom built one for my car?
If you believe I should go custom, does anyone know of any places that do custom cams and the price?
And no one has answered my first question. Will those heads fit on my 302 fox?

I wouldn't go after an f-cam either, why?? being that you are using a stock bottom end with valve reliefs cut into the pistons meant to be used with stock heads, depending on cam choice you may end up with ptv issues due to the larger 2.02 valve, in that case you'd be left flycutting the pistons.....not a terrible job but can be intimidating for a first timer, so in your case if you wish not to mess with such , I'd recommend a custom cam that way the valve events could be taylored to not create any ptv issues with a 2.02 valve in use with your inline valved head choice.......www.flowtechinduction.com or www.camshaftinnovations.com can serve your needs in this case, yeah custom cam is more, just a little more but if you have to pay to have your pistons flycut or buy the tool your no further more into it financially.........also custom can max your combo's potential

Yes BTW. The heads will fit the car.
I'm sort of like the rest, do better than any of Ford's letter cams. They are a 20+ year old design that is way out-classed by many other grinds. Comp cams makes some good ones that are off- the -shelf. As does Trick-Flow(Summit Racing0............
