Default Nitrous plugs

I am going to the track this weekend and I usally run Auto 3925's in my car so I need to go back down to the 3924's for the juice but I am instead going with a NGK plug (fr5)3686 which is 1 step colder than recommended...RIGHT

I saw alot of guys and my friends use the NGK plugs and I was wonder would they work better....
