Default pistons "not the ones in detroit "

have a few optipns cam wise but not sure what to go with
im using a stock bottum end from an 89 5.0 the cam in ? is the LUNATI 51014L .500 INT .510 EX ADVERTISED DURATION IS 284 INT 292 EX
MY ? IS IF I USE THIS CAM CAN I KEEP THE STOCK PISTONS OR WILL I NEED TO BUY NOTCHED PISTONS???????

what heads will you be using??? and either way, ptv should always be verified
