Can this cause issues with cutting off the fuel ? Sometimes my pump will shut off while i am driving, and then come back on. Also during startup sometimes it will not push fuel, however i can hear the pump priming. If i leave the iginition on for a minute the pump will sound like it is priming again and the car will start. Is this a fuel pump issue or will the shut off switch cause this?

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
