yep, believe it or not, its hurting your power too, and causing blowby, change the pcv quick.

first check it. if you can shake it and hear a marble rattling around its good. if you cant then its clogged

i just replaced it and fixed the valve cover gasket and seemed to fixed the leak..thanks all

'marble rattling around its good'

That's an old myth, the rattle isn't indicative of good operation. The valve is like $4, just buy a new one every time.

well lets see if its a myth. if it doesnt move around its clogged. if its moving around and you try it and its good then that shows its works. also when you buy a new one it rattles.
