whats the purpose if any of the second cable off the throttle body that goes down to the driverside fender? whats it called and where does it go?? its not the actual throttle cable but it has a plastic piece that attaches to the throttle cable. i see this on both 88gt and 93lx

It's the cruise control cable and it goes into the fenderwell where the cruise control assembly is. You have to remove the inner fenderwell to get access to it.

Cruise control servo is where it ends up inside of fender.
