my 93 5.0 has been rebuilt three times now because everytime we get it together it still burns oil and blows smoke, i have run out of ideas of what it could be, i have replaced the rings, the block, the heads, and checked the seals many times, im lost any help?

Find out why it's burning oil before you take it apart and rebuild it.

A leak down test, is there carbon build up behind the valves, etc.

Also, when does it blow smoke, under power, at idle, during start up?
