ive got a 93 mustang and just put a 5.0 in it ... i got a wiring harness for the 93 mustang off ebay since the engine was out of an 87 and was speed density... but on the wiring harness i think what i figured out is that theres 2 relays right next to the mass airflow sensor but i dont have the 2 relays.. both connections look the same and i think i figured out that one is the fuel pump relay and the other is the WOT a/c cut off relay but i was wondering if they were both the same relay? if i could just buy two of the same or where i could find the 2 relays???????

 

go salvage or Ford dealer. Wait a minute someone will know

 

parts store should have a relay

look and see if it has metal connection for 4 or 5 prong relays then buy the relay

this would be a 4 prong relay. A 5 prong will have an 87a



also, look under the driver's seat. On some cars, the relay for the fuel pump is under there

 

no there is nothing under the seat..87 to 90 was under the seat but 91 to 93 is in the harness i believe....... on my 4 cylinder it was in the computer harness... so when i got the 5.0 harness theres 2 relay connections but not relays in them.. i think i found that they are the fuel pump relay and wot a/c relay but im not positive on which is which or if they are the same relay i can get 2 of or something?

 

there is a note at the bottom of this pic that has the part number for the relay. They both use the same relay.
