5.0 Backfiring

i have a 1990 5.0 backfiring and running rough on cold starts. it has mac shorty headers cat delete flowmasters cold air intake cobra intake and under drive pulleys i have checked for vacuum leaks replaced the mass air replaced o2 sensors checked timing nothing has worked anybody know whats wrong?

was the mass air replacement the same size. also was it cleaned before starting. what about fuel delivery. check fuel filter and fuel pressure.
