so i ran a koer on my car today and 2 codes came up... egr no flow which im not worried since it doesnt have the vacuum line hooked up... then i got o2 sensor rich bank 1.... the car is running fine should i just replace that one o2 sensor or do i have a bigger issue???

the sensors do seem old

 

if the car is running fine i dont see a need to change it. if you just ran the test for no particular reason then i dont see an issue with it.
