Exclamation Coolant in Cylinderheads

Ok, here is the deal.

I sold last year my beloved "Red 89 pony" and found a few weeks ago a nice lil project. Its also a 89 GT this time with a AOD.

Right of the bat I knew it had some tranny problems I will get to later on. Tires are shot, needs struts front and rear, wind shild, speedometer not working, rear bumper broken, needs paint job and I could go on and on.
Hey, I paid 1000 bucks for it.

The former owner installed 24lbs injectors without doing any other "adjustments". Exhaust was literally cut off right before the mufflers.
Tranny only shifted first and second gear as well as reverse.

To begin with I just wanted to get this once beautiful car back on the road and over time do a few ad-ons and paint etc.

Have to say I love craigslist.com

Found my mufflers in no time and since I was working already on my back and the speedomer wasnt working, I installed a new speed sensor.
(Just btw, just because its not shifting properly doesnt mean its toast, there are other things you can do and check before you start getting estimates on rebuilds etc.)
For some reason it started shifting better with only one muffler so far attached (time is a luxury I dont have)and a new speed sensor. Still only first and second and the damn cluster was still not working.

Ok, here we go, ecu gets the wrong info etc, tranny cant shift right. Right?

Posted my 24s for trade for 19s.
Jeez, 20 emails within a few hours.

Since I was pulling the rail with the injectors to not disturb the upper O-rings. I pulled the lower maniold, too, to put new gaskets in.

Here we go - parts of one of the heads soaked in coolant.
Checked the dipstick - clean oil, no signs of coolant.

Pulling heads and starting to rebuild or any other suggestions?????

Help would be highly appreciated.
