Window regulator
#2
First step is taking the door panel off. Most of the time there will be about 10 push rivets(plastic) that secure it to the door. You'll probably find a couple screws to remove also, in the door handle area.
Once the panel is off, you'll find that there is a sheet of paper/rubber covering the door skin. Do what you can to remove this without damaging it too severely. They are usually just glued on, makes for a rather sticky mess on your hands. This is used for sound deadening, and to keep the inside of the door free from dirt that might pass by the panel.
After that, you'll find 3 or 4 bolts or rivets(ugh) holding the motor to the inside of the door skin. Have someone else holding the window up while you remove the last one.
After they are all out, the window and regulator will move freely inside the door. This is where you need to manipulate the window down so that you can remove the regulator attachments from the glass, pull the window back up, and then remove the regulator/motor assembly through the door skin.
Bear in mind that this is all general information, I have no personal experience with an actual 94 mustang, but all of the above info will apply to you in some fashion.
