what transmission fits a 5.0? im in need of one. if you one, hit me up. from california

 

Automatic.. you can go with an AOD or a PA Performance. For a 5-Spd the standard tranny is a T-5, or if you want to go heavy duty you can get a TKO500 or TKO600, the latter can handle 600 ft/lbs of torque, however it requires a special bellhousing. If you are switching from automatic to T-5 you will also need a new transmission crossmember.
