i have a 95 mustang gt for some reason the engine shake at 40 miles an hour but when i let go of the gas pedel it stop dont kno it is and i dont want to get rip off by the mechanic please help i dont have alot of money to fix so i will attemp to fix it myself

Have you looked at the engine mounts. If they are bad then the engine will shift around and vibrate.

wouldnt it vibrate all the time.engine vibrate at 2000 rpms could it be maf or manifold any help will do alot thank you.

tough one. hard to diagnose something like that online. it doesn't sound much like a motor mount. can't rule it out though. one thing that could help you identify it better, but not always would be to pop the hood. have someone else sit in the car so you can see for yourself. have them put it in gear, and then reverse, and see if there is a lot of movement. these motors are powerhouses so a little bit of movement might not identify the problem well.
