Fastlane Motorsports does excellent work and they should be
able to give you a tune that should cure your problems with your idle.
Get a tune/chip/dyno from Fastlane Motorsports and go from there.
I'm located near fastlane, but your tps should be set with your idle screw in the position that you want it in, set idle were you want it, then adjust the tps accordingly, my car did the same thing until i put the stock airbox back on (no clue why just fixed the problem)

I adjusted TPS after car was ran to full operating temp. No difference. Still have to press accelerator to keep running once car has be warmed up a little. Engine acts as though it has a *slight* miss to it. Elec scan shows the eng is firing just fine. Smoke tested the intake with no problems found.
I tried cleaning the MAF again with CRC MAF cleaner, but no difference.
Turns out I have a 73mm C&L.
I never had any issues like this before the engine rebuild. No problems whatsoever.
Looks like I'll be making an appointment with Fastlane after all. This surging/stumbling/starting/idling problem is getting the best of me...
I had exactly the same problem with a '95 motor and it turned out to be an extreme lean idle on a warm start (18:1) until the ECU went into closed loop. Get your workshop to measure the af ratio on startup.
A quick fiddle with the open loop fuel ratio fixed it right up.
