Default Questions on 95 5.0 upgrades

Hey guys, quick couple of questions for those more knowledgeable than me on this..

Im wondering if i should buy a tuner(sct most likely), and have it tuned by bama or breenspeed... OR... Send my cars computer to a custom place and have them tune it instead.. Also, im looking at a full MSD kit( dist, 8.5mm plug wires, ngk plugs, blaster ss coil, and the 6a ignition box)..Now, can a tuner still optimize this mod? Can a custom tuned computer optimize these mods? Just wanting to know before i shell out the cash for any of the above and some other stuff like TB spacer and CAI. Here is a list of current mods..

New 5.0 crate motor with mild comp cam
BBK Ceramic shorty headers
4:10 gears
Trick Flow dual exhaust system(cats removed) ((is there a way to delete 02 sens?))
B&M short shift

Want to do this car the best way possible as it will be daily driver and i plan to keep it.. Any and all advice will be VERY MUCH APPRECIATED..

the eec iv will handle those mods just fine, shouldn't need a tune and no you can't nor should you try to delete the o/2 sensors, you do understand what they are for right or you wouldn't ask this??

I think your thinking of an OBD2 vehicle that as 02s after the cats.(such as 96 and newer mustangs). Since you have a 95 it is OBD1 and only has upstream 02s which are VERY important, hence NOT a good idea to delete them. As far as your tune questions, I wouldn't waste the money. It sounds like your motor is stock except for a "mild" cam? If so a tune wouldn't help much.

Also I forgot to ask, why do you want to remove your 02s? Is your MIL on?

I was confused, thought the 95 was obd2... Car seems to run better with pass side 02 sensor removed then with it in, even after replacing with brand new sensor?? any idea why that would be the case?
