Question Disc Brake Conversion

hey wats up... i wanna go with rear disc brake conversion on my '89 lx hatch i wanna know wat parts im i gonna need to convert to disc brakes in the rear? any kits? i still wanna keep the car 4 lug. i just want better stopping power that what i have now... any help? thanks...

Something like this would probably work for ya. Might be hard to keep it 4 lug. Besides better wheel selection with converting to 5 lug. good luck.

That might help. ALMOST STOCK posted it in the other thread. It's the same site I used a few weeks ago to find my parts (for a 5 lug) also, if you do a search (on here/google) you should find plenty of information on this subject.

Red face I did the 4 lug, wish I had done the 5lug

For 4 lug your options are a little limited, here's what I had done.

Front - Maximummotorsports SVO conversion & master cylinder etc...

I went this route because I just bought a set of 4 lug cobras. Were I to do it again I would do the 5lug, you have a better selection of wheels and you can do better brakes for about the same price as doing the conversion above...
