1989 302 flooding after running

Default 1989 302 flooding after running

I have recently rebuilt my 302 and now it idles great at about 750 rmp but my problem is after it idles to operating temp and i shut it down i have to put gas pedal to the floor to get it to start back up and if i drive it and slow down it stalls out and same think i have to put the gas to the floor to fire back up any ideas would be great i have tried to clean maf and iac still not right

I tested the ect and with the key off and set my voltmeter to 200k i have only 20.1k and when i turn the key on i have no reading at all with the sensor plugged in or unpluged could i possible have a bad wire

On the link it says it is a black and wire wire and a light grey and yellow wire but i have to different plugs right next to each other with one not plugged in anywhere and never has been and one has a black and white wire and a green with yellow and the other one not plugged in has a grey with yellow and a red wire could the wrong one be plugged in

Nope, the link should say light green/yellow but I was never able to edit it.

With a resistance value of 20.1k, the graph shows the engine should be about 90 degrees at that point. If that is not the case(and it shouldn't be if the engine is cold), then the sensor is bad.

Im replacing the sensor tonight motor was cold at that point

I replaced the ect fuel pressure regulator and tps and still flooding itself out any other suggestions would be great
