The lock tumbler was removed many moons ago, by the previous owner. Went to open it today, and it wouldn't open... The handle works, it just dosent open... Any ideas, it can't be locked, so I am guessing it's jammed somehow. I don't know... Spent 30 minutes trying to get it to open with no luck. I don't really want to break the door. I am guessing this has happened to someone before. Let me know your thoughts... I know there are two nuts/screws on the bottom of the door... Would removing those accomplish anything?

 

Eric, use a pocket screwdriver and first remove the two screws underneath and then wiggle the door around and use the pocket screwdriver to pop the latch
